Ondokuz Mayıs University (OMU) Faculty of Health Sciences celebrated the graduation of 671 students from the 2025–2026 academic year at a joyous ceremony held on June 18, 2026, at 3:00 p.m., as they embarked on their professional careers.
The ceremony was attended by OMU Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Alper Kesten and Dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences Prof. Dr. Esra Pancar Yüksel, along with faculty members, graduating students, and their families.
At the ceremony, which was attended by all academic staff of our department, awards were presented to faculty and departmental top-ranking graduates.
Eda Evin, who graduated at the top of our department, also ranked third in the faculty. Ayşe Sinem Aktaş graduated in second place in our department, while Zehra Kartal ranked third. We congratulate them on their achievements.
Following the presentation of graduation certificates to our department's graduates, our Department Chair, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Özlem Yaşar, led the graduates in reciting the Speech and Language Therapy Professional Oath.
The ceremony concluded with the traditional cap toss following the recitation of the professional oath.
